二.理化性質(zhì) Physicochemical
Properties
一般不溶于其他酸、堿、有機(jī)溶劑中,但溶于王水和煮沸的濃硫酸,有刺激性。密度4.80g/cm3(14℃),莫氏硬度1.0~1.5。熔點(diǎn)1185℃,1370℃開始分解,1600℃分解為金屬鉬和硫。315℃在空氣中加熱時(shí)開始被氧化,溫度升高,氧化反應(yīng)加快。
The product is generally
insoluble in other acids,
alkalis and organic solvents, but dissolved in aqua regia and boiling concentrated
sulfuric acid with irritating. The density is 4.80g /
cm3 (14 ℃); Mohs hardness is 1.0 to 1.5; melting point is 1185 ℃. The product begins to decompose at 1370 ℃ and decomposed into molybdenum and sulfur at 1600 ℃. It
begins to be oxidized when heated in air at 315 ℃. When temperature rises, oxidation
reaction will be speeded up.
三.產(chǎn)品用途 Application
1.制造鉬化合物。
1. Used to manufacturing molybdenum compound.
2.潤滑添加劑:二硫化鉬是重要的固體潤滑劑,特別適用于高溫高壓下。它也被被譽(yù)為“高級(jí)固體潤滑油王”。 產(chǎn)品具有分散性好,不粘結(jié)的優(yōu)點(diǎn),可添加在各種油脂里,形成絕不粘結(jié)的膠體狀態(tài),能增加油脂的潤滑性和極壓性。也適用于高溫、高壓、高轉(zhuǎn)速高負(fù)荷的機(jī)械工作狀態(tài),延長(zhǎng)設(shè)備壽命。二硫化鉬用于摩擦材料主要功能是低溫時(shí)減摩,高溫時(shí)增摩,燒失量小,在摩擦材料中易揮發(fā);減摩:由超音速氣流粉碎加工而成的二硫化鉬粒度達(dá)到325-2500目,微顆粒硬度1-1.5,摩擦系數(shù)0.05-0.1,所以它用于摩擦材料中可起到減摩作用。
2. Lubrication Additive: molybdenum

advanced solid lubricants". The product has advantages of good dispersion, non-stick,
that can be added in various types of
oils and fats and the formation of colloidal is never bonded. As a result, it can
increase oil lubricity and extreme pressure. The product is also suitable for mechanical operation
withhigh temperature, pressure, speed
and loading, helping to extend equipment life. The main function of molybdenum disulfide for frictional materials is to reduce friction at low temperatures and increase friction at high temperatures. There is small loss on ignition. The product can be
easily volatile in friction materials.
Antifriction: Through the supersonic jet mill processing. the
particle size of molybdenum disulfide reaches 325 -2500 meshes; microparticles reaches 1-1.5 hardness, friction coefficient to be 0.05-0.1.
Hence, it can reduce friction among frictional materials.
3.氫化反應(yīng)和異構(gòu)化反應(yīng)催化劑:二硫化鉬還可用作復(fù)雜烴類脫氫的催化劑。
3. Used as catalysts for hydrogenation and isomerization. Molybdenum disulfide is also used as catalysts for dehydrogenation of complex
hydrocarbon.
4.它還有抗磁性,可用作線性光電導(dǎo)體和顯示P型或N型導(dǎo)電性能的半導(dǎo)體,具有整流和換能的作用。
The product is anti-magnetic which can be
used as the linear photoconductor and semiconductor with display of P-type or N-type conductivity, having the rectifier and the role of the
transducer.
